Hadley Resiliant Bar 45mm x 3m is an acoustic resilient bar used to reduce sound transmission through wall and ceiling linings. Fitted horizontally at right angles to studs or joists, the bar creates a flexible connection between the structural framework and the plasterboard lining, helping to decouple sound paths and improve sound insulation performance. Manufactured from galvanised steel, it offers durability and long-term performance in both new-build and refurbishment projects.Hadley resilient bar is ideal for use in separating walls, floors and internal partitions where improved acoustic performance is required, such as between dwellings, home cinemas or offices. When used in conjunction with mineral wool insulation and multiple plasterboard layers, it can significantly reduce airborne noise transmission and assist with meeting relevant acoustic standards and building regulations.
