Damp Proof Membrane 300Mu Black 4m x 25m BBA is a high-quality polyethylene damp proof membrane designed to provide an effective barrier against moisture rising from the ground into concrete ground floors and slabs. Manufactured to 300 micron (1200 gauge) thickness, the membrane is suitable for use in accordance with Building Regulations Approved Document C for resistance to moisture. It is BBA certified, giving assurance of performance when installed correctly as part of a compliant floor construction.The robust black membrane is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications, including new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects. It can be used as part of a radon or gas protection system when specified in combination with appropriate accessories and additional membranes. Sheets should be lapped and sealed at joints and around service penetrations to maintain continuity of the damp proof barrier.
