Kiln dried to reduce moisture content and improve stability, then high pressure treated for enhanced protection against fungal decay and insect attack, making it suitable for external and loadbearing applications when used correctly. The smooth regularised finish makes it easier to work with, line and fix, and is compatible with modern insulation systems and sheet materials.
